Even small homes can have large problems.
These homes are usually wired with local system topology. These systems usually involve smart home basics or have integrated systems that are heavily reliant on their service provider routing. Simply moving in and changing service providers can cause a basic -subnet- incompatibility and would break systems communication.
Allow us to prepare the report, collate system passwords and dictate what has to stay for these smart homes to continue to work.
Buyers/agents (pre-PURCHASE inspection)
Let us assess the current condition of the home’s system, address non-working systems and generate the list of home automation inclusions that are required for move-in. If a few key components are removed from the home, it can break the integration and be expensive or cumbersome to repair.
Buyers/agents (pOST-PuRCHASE inspection)
You moved in and there is some type of smart home system!? 1) The systems is not working, where do I start? 2) You want to make changes or customization 3) You want to understand what the system capabilities are and if you can add your tech to it?
We will answer all of these questions and run a full system health report. We can most likely retrieve the house systems documentation and source code for the property and generate your options for next steps, including instructions from the service provider.
